2025
Techno Primitivism, a solo exhibition by Rachel Jackson, was curated by Milo Christy and Sam Dybeck, at Weatherproof in Chicago, Illinois. Running from January 9 to February 16, 2025, the exhibition focused on the tripartite relationship between solar flares, ancient rock art imagery, and contemporary telecommunication. A central video work (Solar Cycle 25) and accompanying artifacts sought to immerse viewers in a museological environment, collapsing pseudoscience and research aesthetics into an aura of believability.
